Policy and Representation Committee session enjoyed by all

EARMA hosted a special event on the research impact agenda and its influence on institutional strategies in the European and wider international context. The session, organised by the Policy and Representation Committee (PRC) took place Monday May 10, 2021, and focused on the results of a survey of the EARMA community on their institutional approaches to impact strategies.

The survey of EARMA members was conducted in 2019 and 2020 with the aim of identifying and sharing best practice in relation to how institutions are responding strategically to the research impact agenda, and the ways in which this relates to national and European policy contexts.

Hosted by Joaquim Cabral Teixeira, attendees heard details of the work of the Committee, results of the survey and best practices from Bettina Uhrig, Andrew Jackson and Barbara Spanó, with a presentation by a guest speaker from the Science Foundation Ireland, Roisin Cheshire.
