Digital Sessions on European Research Funding Policy 2021

Want to know what’s coming up for RMA, what’s the driving force behind it and what’s important for research managers? Join the EARMA Policy and Representation Committee and Horizon Europe Task Force for a series of special digital sessions.

Starting in February 2021, the EARMA Policy and Representation Committee and Horizon Europe Task Force organise digital sessions for the EARMA Community. With these sessions we intend to inform EARMA-members about the key research funding trends in Europe and globally and also provide our community a platform of active engagement in shaping and developing research policy issues.

On each of the monthly 60-minute sessions we are going to address timely research management issues and open the discussion to share your experiences, observations or concerns. We are committed to involve the perspective of the European Commission as well and plan to channel the outcome of these session directly in the development of the EU research funding scene.

On the first session, coming in February, we will cover:

– Building and expanding: EARMA’s stakeholder journey up to now and future plans
– Key issues on proposals in Horizon Europe: submission, proposal template, evaluation criteria, mandatory requirements (including Gender Equality plans and open data)
